A few people have been known to say that Tequila Ocho Añejo is their favorite reposado. Ocho’s Añejo ages in ex-American whiskey barrels to age our bold, balanced tequila for one year, the minimum amount of time allowed by law, in former American whiskey barrels. Ocho’s aged expressions use these repeatedly-used barrels to ensure maximum agave essence can shine through, so that you really taste the bold agave flavors, as only Carlos & Tomas would have it. Proof that terroir exists in agave.
