Full and complex cooked agave notes, honey sweetness, fresh herbs, crisp minerality, white pepper, with bright and lively citrus notes. Thick viscous mouthfeel with a long harmonious finish. There will be small differences batch to batch showcasing the specific terroir of each rancho that is used.
